After many years in real estate in Kansas and Missouri, I decided it was time for a change. I moved to Puerto Vallarta to live full time in 2011 after many years of vacationing here.

I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta in 1983 – it had my heart the first time I visited! So, with the love of real estate and the love of Puerto Vallarta this is a match for me. Helping people in every aspect of real estate – Puerto Vallarta is my life!

Born in Queretaro, northern of Mexico City. After Studying law at the University of Queretaro she moved to Vancouver Canada to attend the Schools. She also lived in Australia and Ecuador. She chooses Vallarta as her home, loving the ocean, the weather & the beauty of real Mexico.
Prior to work as Rental Agent Beatriz became Public Relations and Marketing for Mexico at Sound Surgical Technologies, LLC based in Denver, CO developing new clients and building great relationships. Known by clients and colleagues alike for her perseverance & honesty.

She is working in Vallarta Real Estate since 2014 bringing her law background to support her Realtor’s clients through the process making the experience easy, trusting and stress free.
