RATE DISCLOSURE

All Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental rates on the Website www.pvparadiserentals.com are in USD (American Dollars) Tax Included. Rates shown in the reservation confirmation are final. Rates are subject to change and there will be no compensation for posted discounts online nor will you be charged for any increased posted rates after your reservation confirmation has been given. This does not apply to errors made from the representative while entering your reservation. Any errors in the information or reservation rates will be changed to reflect the corrected information and an updated reservation document will be issued and sent it to you.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

The owner’s guest within the first 5 business days of the date on which the reservation has been made shall pay the 50% of the total amount of the sale of vacation service (this policy of first payment will be applied for all reservations except as noted below.) The remaining 50% shall be paid 60 days prior to the guest’s arrival at the property. For Christmas and New Year season (which is considered from December 20th to January 3rd) and for Villas, the remaining 50% shall be paid 90 days prior the guest´s arrival at the property. If the guest´s reservation is less than 60 days from the booking date, full payment of the sale of vacation service is due within 5 business days of confirmed reservation. Once the guest has reserved, a reservation confirmation will be sent via email containing all the deposit information to the principal. Note: Where an individual property, including villas, houses and condominiums, have their own reservation and / or cancellation policy, and it is more restrictive than the one included here, the individual property’s policies shall supersede the one’s published here. This information is included in the “Property Policies” of the reservation document. Policies stated in the “Property Policies” will take precedent over the above policy. We have several different methods of payment:

• Cash (only) in USD (American Dollars) Funds to our Bank account in person. It is preferable to pay online, wire transfer, or with credit card to avoid this tax.

• Visa | MasterCard | American Express | Discover | PayPal

Cash or check deposit of $400.00 US dollars will be held and may be used to cover costs of damages, replacement of missing items, cleaning services beyond normal expectations or any other expenses incurred by the guest. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if funds are not received within the first 5 business days of the date on which the reservation has been made. We reserve the right to treat any reservation as cancelable if payment policies are not met in the terms and time stated. An extension can be requested in writing for special circumstances. CANCELLATION POLICY Once your reservation has been confirmed and your deposit received this is non refundable. In the event of the final payment, if not received 60 days prior to arrival your reservation will be cancelled. Please be advised that reservations must be cancelled 60 days prior to the arrival day, or 90 days prior to the arrival when speaking about Villas reservations and Christmas and New Year period, otherwise you will forfeit the rights to the rental. Please be aware that each individual homeowner may have their own policies regarding cancellations and if so, these are listed on the Property´s website under “Property Policies” in the property details for each property. There will be no refunds for cancellations due to any natural disaster such as earthquakes, hurricanes, flooding, weather and weather related situations, mechanical failures, etc. or any other non controllable situations such as but not limited to construction in the area, unusual noise or other disturbances. Please purchase Trip Insurance, it is strongly recommended.

PROPERTY POLICY

Reservations for Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rentals is made apply to private properties. Each property may have different policies and internal obligated rules established by the owners which guests are to be aware of and must abide by. PV Paradise Rentals does not assume responsibility for any guest who does not respect the rules and the individual policies of the occupied property, disrespect for which will result in eviction from the vacation property without any right of refund and without prejudice to the responsibilities required by the property owner. All guests can contact PV Paradise Rentals for information and / or ask a copy of the individual property’s policies, if applicable. Check in time for all properties is 3 PM and check out time for all properties is 12PM (Noon). Contact chuck@pvparadiserentals.com for any early check in’s and/or any late check out.

RESTRICTIONS

The number of guests in any Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental is stipulated on the reservation confirmation is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive than stated on the reservation confirmation, they may be denied occupancy or an extra person charge of $50 USD (FIFTY AMERICAN DOLLARS) per guest, per night will apply. Guests occupying the vacation property will be responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests to the property or its assets during their stay in that property. Cost for damage will be limited to repairs or replacement value of the items damaged. Guests shall not remove any items from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item, or the replacement cost will be charged to their credit card. If a reservation is paid in cash a valid credit card must be supplied upon arrival and you will be required to sign a damage deposit form, which will be kept on file until after your departure. Some properties do not allow pets so make sure to ask about pet policies before booking. The use and enjoyment of the property or its installations in order to exercise illegal activities including the use of drugs or kidnapping is prohibited. Outrageous noise which may affect the neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local rules. In case of failure to obey the rules and policies here established the guest or guests will be obligated to vacate the property without the right of any refund of the amount of vacation service payment. Please be advised that a lot of the properties represented by PV Paradise Rentals are NON smoking – if smoking takes place inside – an extra special cleaning charge will be applied.

RESPONSIBILITY

Neither PV Paradise Rentals or the property owner or any of their representatives shall be held responsible for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any person or property of persons occupying any Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rentals property represented by the property owner or PV Paradise Rentals. The rights, if any, of a person occupying the Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rentals property to seek recourse against the property owner or PV Paradise Rentals for any injury to the person or property of the person shall be governed by the laws of Mexico and determined exclusively by the courts of Mexico having proper jurisdiction. Neither PV Paradise Rentals or property owners or their representatives shall under any circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience the guests may suffer while occupying the vacation property caused by the actions of its neighbors or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, specially construction due to Puerto Vallarta’s constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations including but not limiting the interruption of public services. PV Paradise Rentals will not be liable for any damage caused to the vacation property by the guests’ liability. All information provided by PV Paradise Rentals while deemed true and reliable, is not guaranteed. Changes in inventory, items and décor may occur from time to time and such changes will not void or alter the terms of the Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental property service.

PROPERTY KEYS

You will be issued 1 set of keys to the Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental you are visiting. If more sets of keys are needed for your stay, please notify us by email to info@pvparadiserentals.com. A $25.00 USD (TWENTY FIVE AMERICAN DOLLARS) deposit will be collected and returned to you on your departure date once the set of keys has been returned. If keys are not returned or lost, the cost of replacement keys will be charged to you and deducted from your credit card. RIGHT TO ENTER The owner’s representative has the right to enter the property at any given time in a reasonable schedule, with previous notice to the guests in order to inspect the premises and to undertake and perform such duties that they shall have with the owners of the properties under the property management contract and / or trade commission contract for sale of Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental services.

TRAVEL TIPS

Guests traveling out of the United States, Canada or any other country are responsible for obtaining proper documents for traveling within Mexico or to the county in which you are traveling. (Check with your airline/transportation provider for required documents) It is always good to know something about the laws of the county in which you are traveling. Please be advised, the laws in other countries can be much more severe than your own country and therefore cause you a lot of inconvenience and possible detentions if not followed.
