Casa versus Villa versus Casita
People often ask me what the difference is between Casa and a Villa. A Casa is essentially a house, generally with up to three bedrooms. A Villa, on the other hand, is larger and often luxurious. A true Villa has a generous amount of space inside and outside and they usually have a pool.
