This spacious villa is set overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean with breathtaking views to the south shore including the iconic Los Arco Islands. The villa is filled with the best details of classic Mexican Architecture local art and artisans.

One of the best is the indoor/outdoor living, the spacious pool terrace in traditional Moroccan style tiles with outdoor living and dining plus multiple terraces on every level, large groups have space to all be tother or have quiet time on their own private terrace. With a full staff and a heated saltwater pool & poolside jacuzzi you will never want to leave. A prime location to see the best sunsets year-round. This villa truly is the Buena Vida! The note can be rented as 4 or 6 bedrooms.

Staff Service:

The staff is off on Sundays and national holidays.
The cook prepares 2 meals per day.
There is Sunday service if the guest arrives on Sunday or if the guests depart on a Sunday
If the guest arrives on a Saturday, we will provide Sunday breakfast service only. We encourage guests to explore the town for dinner on Sunday. The staff is happy to leave a light snack for midday.
Full Sunday Service is available for $200 additional to the rate Gratuity and the cost of food and beverages are not included 10% shopping fee will apply

Also, please note that we will offer a complimentary breakfast service on Sundays at Casa Buena if your guests arrive on a Saturday. We want them to enjoy their first morning at the villa at

On a separate note, please make sure that your guests staying at Buena Vida know that the kitchenette area in the casita is not in service (it never has been).

We added a NEW mini bar for guests to be able to store drinks and nonperishable snacks.
We recently had a guest that wanted to store food and even cook up there, but please note that we do not offer this service there. All cooking must be done in the main villa.

💳 Security Deposit
A minimum refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for all bookings. Agents are responsible for collecting and managing this deposit.

🛏️ Occupancy Policy
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom. No additional guests are allowed; we do not have sofa beds, etc. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure comfort and quality.

💼 Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the total rental cost, along with a signed rental agreement, is due within 5 business days of booking to confirm the reservation.

For bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 5 business days.

The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before arrival.

❌ Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the villa is re-rented for the same rate and dates. A 30% penalty will still apply to any cancellation. Rescheduling is at the owner’s discretion.

Travel insurance is advised for any unforeseen events.

🍽️ Food & Beverage Policy
The cost of food and beverages is not included.

Menu suggestions will be provided to help guests plan meals ahead of time.

Meals are served family style, with the same menu for all guests unless there are allergies or dietary restrictions.

Our staff will complete one grocery run per day to support meal prep and additional villa stocking needs.

Guests are responsible for reimbursing grocery costs (USD or pesos accepted CASH ONLY). A 10% shopping fee will be added to the grocery total.

Housekeeping: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Chef: Prepares two meals per day (breakfast/lunch or breakfast/dinner). Dinner is served no later than 7:00 PM.

If guests opt for breakfast and dinner, the staff will clean up after breakfast and manage daily housekeeping before returning in the afternoon to serve a light snack, happy hour, and dinner (typically around 7:00 PM).

Staff is off on Sundays and national holidays, but Sunday service is available for arrivals or departures upon request for a $200 fee for Sunday service.

Gratuities are not included; these are paid in cash to the staff. We recommend a minimum of USD 50 per bedroom per night of stay.
