This airy, bright, and spacious one bed, one bath, with a good-sized covered terrace.

The kitchen, dining area, and living area are open-plan. It is furnished with a table and 4 dining chairs, king king-size bed, and a chest of drawers in the bedroom, some incidental furniture will be a 3 seater sofa in the lounge area.

There is AC in the bedroom. There is a set of patio furniture on the terrace and there’s quite a bit of kitchen equipment. It has a set of sheets and some towels, so the basics are there but there is room for people to add their stuff. It is first floor, there is no lift so you have to take one flight of stairs. The street is cobbled and on an incline.

There is a washing machine on the ground floor shared with the person who rents the studio but there is no dryer, clothes can be dried on a line on the terrace. There are only three units in the building.

The monthly rent with a year lease is 15,000 Pesos and includes gas, water, and internet. You will have to pay for Electricity and any other elective you might want. A television isn’t provided.
