Casa Franca Penthouse

Casa Franca is located in the heart of Zona Romantica in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Available from Mid May 2024 onwards. Winter 2024-2025 is wide open.

Casa Franca is just a half block from the famous Los Muertos Beach and you can walk to many fine restaurants, gourmet delis, banks, shopping, Internet cafes, markets, and nightlife.

You enter the Penthouse through its secured door from the third floor of Casa Franca into the living room where you can relax reading, watch Cable TV, browse the internet, or just listen to the CD stereo. Off of the living area, you can enjoy the views from your third-floor private balcony. Casa Franca’s penthouse is an open concept…. a balcony on the third floor and a big terrace on the fourth……there is no A/C anywhere.

The bedroom area is also on this level which comfortably sleeps two with storage for all your personal items. The private bathroom with a shower is directly off the bedroom area. All linens and towels are supplied. A free secured safe is located in the unit.

Up to a short flight of stairs, you will find your kitchen area and wonderful views from the open terrace penthouse top floor. Relax sitting in the sun or looking at the mountain and sea views as you enjoy your vacation stay in Puerto Vallarta. The terrace is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and breakfast from your fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, microwave, coffee maker, and stovetop and oven. There is an additional half-bath off of the kitchen area.

11,000 pesos or $550 US per week June – October
24,000 pesos or $1200 US per month June – October
15,000 pesos or $750 US per week November – May
50,000 pesos or $2500 US per month November – May
Yearly Rental $1500 US per month
