Property Description
You enter the Second Floor Studio through its secured door into the sitting area where you can relax reading, watch Cable TV, browse the internet, or just listen to the CD stereo. Off of the living area, you can enjoy the wonderful mountain and seas views from your private second-floor balcony.
The kitchen area has bar seating and includes a refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, microwave, coffee maker, and burner top cooking.

Your bedroom area comfortably sleeps two with storage for all your personal items. The private bathroom with a shower is directly off the bedroom area. All linens and towels are supplied.
The studio is kept clean and fresh with a bi-weekly housekeeping service and Franca is available to help with other needs you might have.
The 2nd Floor Studio is rented by the week or month:
$450 US per week June – October
$900 US per month June – October
$550 US per week November – May
$1700 US per month November – May
