This fantastic one-bedroom with one-bath casita site is on the ocean side of Highway 200.
The little room with a silver suitcase…this room is adjacent to the main bedroom room and there is a desk, chair, closet, and space for bags and shelves. It comes with all the stuff for the kitchen.
Downstairs is a W/D. The place is very well kept by the guy who looks after the unit.

The view is what takes the breath away and it is a lovely compound, of 5 casitas with ample parking good lighting, and mature residents. And a 10-minute walk from the Casita to Los Muertos beach.

PLUS a one-time payment of $100 for concierge services and the task of delivering the drinking water to the tenant (tenant pays for the water): The electric meter is photographed upon arrival and the same is done the day before departure. At that time my administrator measures the electricity consumed and the tenant pays him the amount in pesos for electricity usage.
