Puerto Vallarta vacation rentals El Encanto is located within the gates of Punta Mita overlooking the beautiful, glistening Bay of Banderas. We are neighbors with St Regis and the Four Seasons resorts.

This condo offers a spectacular panoramic vista from which you can see the Pacific Ocean, the Bay of Banderas, and both Nicklaus golf courses. It’s on the second floor of a 3 story building; one condo per floor.

Settle in and enjoy 2,600 sq. ft. of living space plus 1,300 sq. ft. of outside terraces (patios), all of which are covered.

The terrace outside the main living area contains a bar-height table w/ 4 chairs, 2 sitting chairs, a sofa, a full wet bar, a gas grill, and a 12 ft. by 6 ft. plunge pool (3 feet deep). The terraces outside the bedrooms have chaise lounges.

Both the main living area and the bedrooms have sliding glass doors and full-length wooden shutters that open completely to let the wonderful breezes in.

El Encanto is one of several subdivisions within the secured and secluded Punta Mita development. Punta Mita is also home to 2 world-class resort hotels — Four Seasons and St. Regis. Guests have access to the Residents Beach Club which has a secure beach, a full-service restaurant/bar, and a spa. Guests also have access (for a fee) to 2 world-class Nicklaus golf courses. Whale watching, fishing, surfing, and sailing are also available at the location.
