D’Terrace 101 is a furnished 1,450 sq ft (136m2) apartment in Amapas. It has two luxury bedrooms and two bathrooms, a Living Room, a Dining Area (that seats up to 10 people), and an Open Kitchen.

The furniture is comfortable for reading. Kitchen appliances available (microwave, electric oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, mixer, toaster. Plus baking trays, pots and pans, and silverware), all linens, and home appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, garbage disposal, vacuum.). And for safety: fixed safes, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. Individual parking space is included.
