Your personal travel concierge—who I provide for Beach House guests in addition to Icon’s concierge team—will be waiting for you in the lobby. He’ll handle your luggage and show you to the elevator, which opens directly into your two-bedroom condo, poised over the glassy Pacific on Banderas Bay.

For the rest of your trip, your private Beach House Concierge will be available by phone to answer questions, make recommendations, and assist in an emergency.

Before unpacking, pour yourself a drink, stretch out in the twin loungers on the condo’s balcony, and look over your bare toes at the sea, the mountains, and the palm-tree-lined beach.

Custom furnishings, soothing fabrics, and nautical artwork are set against vibrant walls painted ocean blue, sage green, and butter yellow. I lovingly selected every detail, down to the seahorse accents, to create a whimsical, one-of-a-kind space.

You’ll also find top technology like a 40” flatscreen with Apple TV and Netflix. Cozy up for a nighttime movie on the custom-made sofa with chaise lounger, the moon, and the lights of Puerto Vallarta glittering on the other side of the wall-to-wall glass in the living area.

Need to work a little while on vacation? Take your laptop to the balcony and tap out some emails in view of the Pacific Ocean. Free WiFi reaches every corner of the condo. I also provide free Vonage phone service, with free long-distance calls to the US & Canada. A cell phone is available for local phone calls.

KITCHEN & DINING DETAILS

There’s a beach bar/restaurant on-site at Icon Vallarta, serving up fresh dishes like ceviche and fajitas for light lunches and oceanside snacks.

You can also have a private chef come to your condo and prepare a meal for you.

But, if the idea of whipping up a meal in full view of the stunning Pacific Ocean appeals to you, then this is your ideal kitchen.

Find stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and a deep farmhouse sink. Also provided are a dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and a washer & dryer.

We stocked the cabinets with essentials like flatware, pots, pans, baking dishes, glass storage containers, cutting boards, common spices, oils, salt & pepper, and burger-building condiments like ketchup, mustard, and relish.

Present your creation at the adjacent dining table. The table seats six for an unforgettable evening meal in front of an unbound view of the sun sinking into the ocean.

Or, get even closer to the view at the outdoor dining table with seating for four.

BED & BATH DETAILS

This condo features TWO master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both masters have flatscreen TVs, direct access to the balcony space, and jaw-dropping views.

The “Iron Men Deco” master features some unique art poised above a king-sized bed, which is wrapped in butter-soft Jennifer Adams sheets and a downy mattress topper.

The en-suite bath provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the medicine cabinet.

The “Safari” master has a queen-sized bed with the same deluxe sheets and a pop of unexpected personality.

In the den, find a single “laydown” bed—perfect for an afternoon nap.
