Are you looking for a one-level, fully furnished house with a yearly lease? If so, look no further.

This one-level house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It includes gated parking and a small front garden area. The backyard features a nicely sized patio with a garden surrounding it, providing plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a large closet room with built-in dressers, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The secondary bedroom also comes with a king-size bed. The third bedroom can be used as you wish; you could set it up as an office, den, or another bedroom. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with a six-burner Maytag stove and oven, a Maytag microwave with a vent hood, and a new side-by-side refrigerator. It also includes a toaster oven and an air fryer for your convenience. There is a large utility room with a washer and dryer, along with plenty of storage space.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living area features a 2-ton inverter mini-split system and a ceiling fan. Additionally, there is another mini-split unit in the kitchen area, also accompanied by a ceiling fan. In total, there are five mini-splits providing a total of 6 tons of air conditioning.

All doors and cabinets are made of Parota wood. Enjoy a 60-inch smart TV in the living room, as well as TVs in both the main and second bedrooms.

The rate for a yearly lease is 25,650 pesos, or $1,350.00 US dollars per month.

This rental includes basic maid service twice a month.
You will be responsible for electricity, gas, water, internet, and any additional services you desire. The electricity, internet, and water accounts will remain in the owner’s name.

Pets are welcome with the owner’s approval.

The casa is located in Bobadilla, about four blocks behind Hotel Real Fluvial on C. Priciliano, and one block from Colonia Albatros. This is a true Mexican neighborhood with occasional music and dogs, and you might even hear a rooster or parrot from time to time.
