The place will provide a lifetime of memories of some of the most spectacular sunsets in the world, rolling waves of the Pacific Ocean, and Los Muertos Beach. Just steps away from the pier, world-class restaurants and bars, boutiques, the Isla Río Cuale and its lush vegetation, and a block away from the famous “Malecón,” where you can enjoy an easy walk to the main attractions in town.

The streets are safe, and there’s always a nice atmosphere, especially in the high season. The Lázaro Cárdenas Park is always busy with all sorts of artistic and culinary activities. In the high season, the farmers’ market every Saturday is a must. With live music, you can buy the best products and meet friends.

If you don’t like walking, you can always get around by taxi or bus, which are very easy to use. There’s also a new trend of using bicycles, or if you have a car, parking is not difficult and options are available.

This Puerto Vallarta yearly rental inside offers a relaxed atmosphere that will provide shelter from the heat outside, an incredible cross breeze, and always an option of shade or sun. You will be able to sleep quietly although you are so close to the party areas in town.
