It is available November 15th to March 31st. The rate is 42,000 pesos a month and if you want a basic maid once a week the rate will be 44,000 pesos a month plus electricity usage. A minume of a three month rental.

Welcome to the new Venecia Palm Springs, a modern condo building in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Located in the trendy Versalles neighborhood, it’s a short walk to the beach or the Hotel Zone. The rooftop pool delivers a beautiful 360 view of the bay, the mountains, and downtown PV.

The condo features a King bed in the main bedroom and 2 doubles in the second bedroom, WiFi, and a 60″ TV with Netflix. It has beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and a wagon to haul it all. A dishwasher has been added to the kitchen.

The Venecia Palm Springs was completed in Spring 2022, and there are only 18 units in the building. Kids ARE allowed, including babies since we’re on the ground floor.

A travel crib for babies and young children is available to guests. Please request instructions on accessing it during your stay if you want to use it. This family-friendly condo is waiting for you to visit.

Comes with internet, water, and Netflix. You will be responsible for electricity, maid service, and any other elective you might want.
