POLICIES

NO Events; entertaining – any gathering with guests not registered in the villa requires written permission from the owner, there is an event fee equal to a one-night rental and an additional security deposit.
NO Student groups, no Bachelor party type groups,
Children welcome – 2 small children sleeping with parents allowed at no additional cost. Note the pool is infinity style

Maximum 8 persons for 4BR rate, 12 persons for 6BR rate. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.
