We at PV Paradise Rentals are proud to bring you Villa Ventura, an oceanfront with breathtaking views across the bay and south coast, is located just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta, with world-class gourmet restaurants, the popular Romantic zone, Los Muertos Beach, and the Historic zone.

Villa Ventura has an eclectic mix of classic Mexican architectural details including a 22-foot vaulted ceiling, wooden rafters, hand-painted ceramic tile, and terracotta floors. There is over 7000 sq. Ft of indoor living space and over 2000 sq. Ft of outdoor living space including the heated pool all with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Beach nearby access via a shared stairway for the 4 villas of the walled residential.

The staff of 5 including a private chef to take care of all the details of a perfect Puerto Vallarta, getaway.

The villa offers rentals as 5 or 6 Bedrooms, with a 6-bedroom rental can sleep up to 16 persons, Note an extra fee applies for any guests above 12

Extra Fee for more than 12 persons = $65 USD plus 19% tax per night per person. Note children of all ages are counted as adults

Note: Depending on currents and tides, check conditions carefully before going swimming or using kayaks or other Beach sports toys. No Lifeguard on duty on the beach or at the pool, do so at your own risk.
