Enter through massive carved doors into an enchanting walled estate, set above the sparkling Pacific Ocean & just a short walk to the beaches or town. The Villa has spectacular ocean views from most rooms; the design is traditional Mexican architecture with a Moroccan influence. The sprawling villa has 6 bedrooms plus a flexible 7th bedroom that shares the bath with the master bedroom.

There is a heated pool in garden courtyard, or if you want ocean views, there is an 8-person jacuzzi with ocean views. the property is filled with tropical flowers, hidden courtyards, fountains and much more

The villa design is traditional Mexican with an infusion of Moroccan details & a bohemian charm, with an emphasis on outdoor living with spacious terraces and open air living areas, most with spectacular ocean views. The villa was renovated and includes all the comforts & amenities you expect for a perfect getaway.

The spacious villa has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms on the main level for guests who prefer no stairs, 3 deluxe bedrooms on the top level, and a private hideaway in the garden below surrounded by tropical flowers.

Note: access to Los Muertos beach & the Romantic Zone is currently not available via Santa Barbara street until the street is repaired and open to the public. Walk to the beach in Conchas Chinas (approx. 5-6 blocks) or walk to town & Los Muertos beach along highway with a sidewalk.
