Chuck met me and my partner at Molino de Aqua and was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us a tour of the condo and a tour of the grounds. Chuck made sure he gave us his direct number and made us feel safe at Molino. The condo is amazing! Far surpassed our expectations! We were a grou of 6 adults and we had a lot of space and did not feel crammed at all! The kitchen was amazing and there is a small BBQ that was great for grilling. The beds were amazing and there was a lot of seating. The pool... One of the best spots in PV for sure! You get to relax in the pool and watch the busy people on the boardwalk. The staff and doormen are all very friendly and go beyond to get you what you need! I will absolutely be staying here again in the future! Gracias por todo Chuck!

We are in the middle of seeing if we can relocate from Australia to Mexico. It's a big move, and we're not even at the stage of renting somewhere in Mexico yet, but I already had a hundred questions about real estate in Mexico. I reached out to Chuck who has been incredibly kind and helpful. He has been quick to respond to emails and has generously spent time answering my questions about places to live in PV (schools, shops, etc) and giving me a general understanding of the real estate market there. I celebrated a milestone birthday with 11 of my friends for a week. From the moment the secured front gate opens and the staff greets you, our group felt pampered! Villa Tita is enormous, yet extremely comfortable! With 6 bedrooms and bathrooms, each couple in my group had their own space. One of the rooms is the Casita, a separate living space on the top floor, with sweeping views of the water and city. All rooms have a great view so you can't go wrong with any (one of the bathrooms even has a chandelier in the shower)! An amazing kitchen/living/dining space rounded out the main house. Meals are served in either an indoor or outdoor space, overlooking the ocean with incredible sunset views!

Walk to the lower level to the pool and you have an oasis! Large pool, plenty of chairs, and a covered outdoor space for music, drinks, games completed the space. The music is not wired for Bluetooth, so if you have your own, bring it! Otherwise, the boombox provided ample music options! In addition, there is a full-size tennis court on the property with equipment provided.

The Villa comes with an amazing staff! Abel, the house manager, was simply put, incredible! He anticipated our needs, answered questions along the way, was very easy to work with and was available throughout the week. Luis, the chef, prepared excellent meals and even have a vegan in the group, was able to cook tasty options. The frozen margaritas and chips/guac upon arrival are a great touch and a most excellent way to start the vacation! Ana, the housekeeper, was in charge of cleaning the house and always had our rooms cleaned and all the common spaces! Finally, Javier, the chef's assistant. He was friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted!

The Villa is literally a 6-minute walk to the beach (Mantamar Beach Club, Blue and Green Chairs), a 10-15 minute walk to the middle of town with tons of restaurant/bar options - but truly, with the amazing food prepared for us, we stayed in for dinner most nights!

Villa Tita is great for families, groups, celebrations, really, anything! I will definitely be looking to book this wonderful home again!

Our family has had the pleasure to stay in this lovely villa twice in the past year and a half. The location was perfect for us and we love having the beach right across the street. The villa is on a dead end street so there is no traffic. This past trip we had our daughters wedding at a neighboring villa and had some of our family staying at Casa Del Mar. Rita and Myra took good care of them and worked with the other villa to put on some wonderful meals. We love this house and hope to return many more times..Thank you Marcial, Rita and Myra!!!!

Villas Las Brisa #7 is a wonderful condo right on the beach.
The condo itself is beautiful and very comfortable the layout provides privacy from each bedroom and it’s one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed.
The beds are comfortable and it was nice to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. Also, It was quite the treat to watch the whales from our balcony.

Today we must leave this wonderful condo but we are already making plans for when we can come back. Beautiful unobstructed views of the bay and old town. Building, suite and staff were top notch. You could hear a little traffic noise from the bedrooms but that is what you expect if you want to be situated on the Malecon in the center of it all. We already miss the place. Highly recommend this unit and property.

Very comfortable and beautifully designed condo with breathtaking views! Chuck was great to work with. There was one issue that required attention and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommend for those ok with a steep hill or taking a taxi back after the beach or night out.

Our group of 10 or so friends has been spending our New Years in PV for years. However, this year we all wanted to be under one roof yet still have the convenience of being close to the “gay beach” and also have a pool and other amenities. I’m so thankful a friend connected us with Chuck Crane and Hector Alvarez of PV Paradise Rentals. He was friendly, professional, and very responsive from the first email all the way to the check-in and ultimately the return of the security deposit. His suggestion of the Villa Tita proved a wonderful fit for our group. The property exceeded expectations, providing each couple with copious, luxurious space. The staff, headed by Abel, were all very attentive kind without being intrusive and the meals were all very good. In years past, our group was split among multiple properties; it was priceless to all be able to sit at the dining table after breakfast, drinking coffee and catching up without the pressures or distractions of a conventional hotel or restaurant. Oh, and did I mention margaritas-on-demand poolside? Being in the technology business my whole life and traveling constantly, I usually head right to an online booking service – but for higher-end properties and larger groups, I think there’s no substitute for somebody on the ground who really knows what’s going on and can guide you accordingly – Chuck is that guy for PV!

Chuck Crane of PV Paradise Rentals truly found me my paradise here in Puerto Vallarta. I requested some very specific elements for the long term rental property of my dreams, and snap – Chuck contacted me and said he’d found it, and was going on a walk-through of the property himself. I have traveled with an aging family Pet member for the past ten years, and needed a single level home that accepted pets, I desired a pool, and like a genie in a bottle Chuck found it for me in less than 48 hours. I was astonished and excited, and Chuck sent photos straight away after his walk-through. In less than a day we met to go see the house, and Chuck helped me make an offer, and close the lease throughout some complex iterations on where to wire rent, and he also made sure that I had an appreciation for and an understanding of every one of the clauses in the lease! When I arrived to my new home I was so happy. As I work full time and research and write academic publications in my spare time, I needed a quiet place and didn’t wish to deal with remuneration for a weekly house cleaner, bi-weekly pool maintenance, and a gardener. Chuck’s suggestion to add all of this into the rental fee was superb.

I highly recommend PV Paradise Rentals for the company’s caliber of professionalism, clear and upbeat communication, and for Chuck’s guidance – he found a true gem of a home for me at this point in my journey. From seeking a home, to moving into my new home within one week is pretty darn outstanding.
