The spacious pool terrace features beautiful Moroccan-style tiles, comfortable outdoor living areas, and alfresco dining. Multiple terraces throughout the villa provide spectacular ocean views from virtually every level.

Heated Saltwater Pool & Jacuzzi

The villa’s spectacular outdoor area is centered around a heated saltwater swimming pool and poolside Jacuzzi.

Important Casita Kitchenette Information

The kitchenette in the Casita is not in service and has never been offered as a cooking facility. All cooking and meal preparation is done in the main villa.

A new mini bar has been added to the Casita so guests can conveniently store drinks and nonperishable snacks.

The staff is dedicated to making your stay comfortable and relaxing while allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the responsibilities of managing a large private villa.

Private Chef & Daily Meals

The private chef prepares two meals per day, typically breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner.

Meals are served family-style, with the same menu prepared for the group unless guests have allergies or dietary restrictions.

If guests choose breakfast and dinner, the staff will clean up after breakfast, handle daily housekeeping, and return in the afternoon to prepare a light snack, happy hour, and dinner, typically served around 7:00 PM.

Food and beverages are not included in the rental rate.

Menu suggestions are provided to help guests plan meals in advance.

The staff will make one grocery shopping trip per day to support meal preparation and villa stocking. Guests reimburse the cost of groceries in cash, in either U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos. A 10% shopping fee is added to the grocery total.

Housekeeping & Staff Hours

Housekeeping: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Chef: Two meals per day. Dinner is served no later than 7:00 PM.

Staff is off on Sundays and Mexican national holidays.

Sunday service is available for arrivals or departures upon request for an additional $200 USD Sunday service fee.

If guests arrive on a Saturday, complimentary Sunday breakfast service is provided so guests can enjoy their first morning at Casa Buena Vida at no additional service charge. Food and beverages are not included.

Gratuities are not included in the rental rate and are paid directly to the staff in cash. A minimum of $50 USD per bedroom per night is recommended.

Casa Buena Vida Rental Rates

Casa Buena Vida is available as either a 4-bedroom villa or a 6-bedroom villa including the Casita.

No student groups.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is two guests per bedroom.

No additional guests are permitted, and the villa does not offer sofa beds or additional sleeping accommodations. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort and quality of every guest’s stay.

Security Deposit

A minimum refundable $1,000 USD security deposit is required for all reservations.

For agent bookings, agents are responsible for collecting and managing the security deposit.

Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit of the total rental cost, together with a signed rental agreement, is required within five business days of booking to confirm the reservation.

For reservations made less than 60 days before arrival, full payment is required within five business days.

The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the villa is successfully re-rented for the same dates and rental rate.

A 30% penalty will still apply to any cancellation.

Rescheduling is at the owner’s discretion.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
