Yearly rentals also called yearly leases, a great way to try out a place here in Puerto Vallarta before settling down or buying a property. Try different areas each year, why not. I myself have lived in four places over the last 7 years before settling down on an area and house to call my forever home in Puerto Vallarta.

Each of us have different paths to take and different reasons for renting. Each of us have to figure out what we are looking for and what do we really need. That is the big question, what do we really need.

What time of the year is the best to look for a year lease? I would say during late spring and early summer to start the search. During fall to spring owners have there places rented out on vacation rentals and that is a whole different thing. It is hard to see places during the winter due to winter vacation rentals and guests not wanting to be disturbed during their vacations which is very understandable.

Prices for yearly rentals have gone up each year due to supply and demand. More and more people are moving here to Puerto Vallarta each year. And why not we have wonderful weather and amazing people.
